Srinagar, January 05 (KNO) : The Regal Chowk Traders Association has hailed the administration for snow clearance and restoration of power supplies in the city center. In a statement issued to KNO, the RCTA said by 10 AM the city center roads were cleared and power supply restored in the commercial hub. “It was for the first time in around a decade that by office hours, the commercial hub was back to life for business,” the Farhan Kitab said. The association hailed the efforts of Divisional Commissioner Kashmir Baseer Khan, DC Srinagar Syed Abid Rashid and PDD Chief Engineer Hashmat Qazi in particular for their nightlong monitoring. They, however, appealed the appealed the administration to restore services in affected areas especially towns at an earliest.(KNO)
